If any of the following circumstances apply, irrespective of the reasons such as your unavailability, refusal of delivery, or any other cause, we will consider that you have relinquished ownership of the relevant product to us 180 days after the date on which we received the relevant product.
In this case, you agree not to raise any objections as we and our designated partner companies dispose of the product according to our prescribed procedures.
①In the event that we have provided you with an estimate and have not received your response to it
②In situations where we have provided you with an estimate and, despite canceling your repair request, you are unable to accept the respective product (including cases where we have sent it to the address specified, but you've been unable to receive it)
③In cases we have informed you about the return of the relevant product we have kept or the receipt of a product with equivalent performance to the relevant product, and you are unable to accept it (including cases where we have sent it to the address specified, but you've been unable to receive it)
In these scenarios, we and our designated partner companies may request that you cover the costs associated with storage and disposal. Additionally, for out-of-warranty paid repairs, separate repair fees or expenses may be applicable.
