[Measurement Method]
Five sleep metrics – Sleep Efficiency (SE), Sleep Stages (N3, N2, N1), Sleep Regularity, Awakenings, and Sleep Duration –are calculated based on PSG data. These metrics are scored using our proprietary algorithm developed under the supervision of certified medical professionals.
[How to interpret your Sleep Score graph]
The sleep score is calculated using our proprietary algorithm based on five core sleep aspects: Sleep Efficiency (SE), Deep Sleep Amount, Sleep Regularity, Awakenings, and Total Sleep Duration.
The score in bold below the date is your sleep score for the previous day. The number in parentheses on the right is the difference from the day before.
The purple section on the graph represents your sleep from the previous day to today. The darker purple part shows the overlapping with the gray section, which represents sleep from the day before yesterday. This allows you to compare your sleep performance over two consecutive days.
