If MOTHER is unresponsive, please consider the following possibilities:
・The battery may be depleted (if you've seen a red flash within the last minute)
・There could be a reason causing the buttons to become unresponsive
Please try using the Starter.
Placing the device on the Starter should result in rainbow-colored lights and a purple blinking starting. Continue charging until you see a blue blinking light, similar to the initial setup.
If the battery is completely drained, it may take some time for the LED to light up once it's placed on the Starter.
Ensure that the metal parts of MOTHER and the Starter are properly connected, and leave the device on the Starter for approximately 1 to 2 hours.
If the issue persists, there may be a problem with the charging function.
Please contact Customer Support and provide the serial number of your device for warranty status confirmation.
