■ Requests for Photos or Videos When Reporting Defects
To accurately assess the condition of a product, we now ask customers to first provide photos or videos showing the issue. This requirement is now clearly stated in the warranty policy. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a swift response.
■ Clarified Wording on Repair Availability
We have refined the expressions to better explain that, depending on the issue and condition of the product, repairs may not be possible or may be subject to a fee.
■ Unified Conditions for Initial Defects and Returns
It is now clearly stated that any claims for initial defects or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
