The cause of this error is under investigation.
Please try resetting your device.
Performing a factory reset will erase all data stored on the MOTHER device before synchronization. However, data in the app will remain unaffected.
After the factory reset, an 8-color pairing code will be displayed.
Follow these steps to pair your device again:
Disconnect from MOTHER in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings.

Upon opening the app, you'll receive a 'Pairing request' notification.
Select 'Pair' to proceed.
